Our Process

When families reach out to us — or when we are informed by hospitals, caregivers, or social workers — our volunteers respond with care and sensitivity. We:

Provide emotional support to grieving parents and loved ones.
Coordinate with hospitals and authorities to ensure legal and medical formalities are completed.
Arrange faith-based burials in alignment with the family’s wishes and traditions.
Offer respectful preparation and rituals, ensuring every child is laid to rest with love.
Maintain burial records and locations for remembrance and closure.
